Sponsorship Donations of $200 or Greater |

| (*) Does not apply to Texas Premier Teams. |

| Sponsorship Donations of Less Than $100 |

| Bear Creek Soccer Club Donation Withholding |
| The club will withhold the amount of money needed to cover the cost of sponsorship plaques and printing the sponsors name on the jerseys. This is approximately $25 - $50. |
| Printing of Sponsor's Name on Player's Jersey |
| A listing of sponsor's with donations of $200 or more with the related team will be submitted to Soccer Centre (Highway 6 at Clay Road). Teams will submit all jerseys at one time to be printed - no exceptions. See team sponsorship form for space requirements on jerseys. Sponsor name(s) will be applied only once per year per team (Fall and Spring season). Sponsor name(s) can be applied for the Spring season if desired but will not be carried over into the new year (Fall season). Contact the Director of Equipment if more than one sponsor's name must be printed on player jerseys. |
| Processing Sponsorship Donations |
| > Team representative to complete in full the team sponsorship form and then forward the sponsorship check and the form to the Director of Awards, Promotions, and Sponsorships. |
| > The Director of Awards, Promotions, and Sponsorships will forward the appropriate documentation to the Treasurer. A copy will be forwarded to the coach for disbursement of sponsorship donation to the coach. |
| Modification of Team Sponsorship Form |
| > There will be no modifications to the Team Sponsorship Form. Modifications to the form misrepresent the policies established by the Bear Creek Soccer Club. |
