Home team is responsible for providing the game ball
and game sheet.
Please contact the opposing team the day before or
the day of the game to make sure they are ready to play.
U9 and U10 coaches. Please fill out your game
sheets completely so we can get the scores registered correctly.
Winning team is responsible for turning in the game sheet. In
the case of a tie the home team turns them in. Drop them in
the mailbox at Bear Creek by field #6 or drop them off at the gazebo
at Cy-Fair.

Game Re-schedule Procedures:
The coach wanting to re-schedule must contact the opposing coach to get agreement.
Both coaches must agree to the re-schedule and come up with 2 alternative Saturday dates and times.
The coach wanting to re-schedule must contact the Director of
Scheduling via e-mail to make the request and propose 2
alternatives.
Only one re-schedule request will be allowed per team per season.
Re-schedule requests must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the match.
The director of scheduling will review the request and, if approved, will move the game and republish the game schedules.
